German nutritionists have the answer!
The most famous of them have established which are the healthiest 105 foods that protect the primary organs. Their list was recently published in Bild newspaper in Germany and has already made headlines around the world. Concerning fruits and vegetables, it is recommended that they be consumed fresh or frozen, and the medicinal herbs indicated by German doctors should be taken as infusions, compresses or tinctures. We present the list of these foods.
Skin/Hair
