Free natural treatments for wrinkles

In the past, the most efficient weapons we had against wrinkles had familiar names: sea buckthorn, honey, chamomile. Today, they are called retinol, co-enzyme Q 10, glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid and other names that, most times, are difficult to retain. Are they more efficient than the old ones? Yes. Most ingredients that seem to be pulled out directly from the tube, are in fact found in the human body, but lost as it ages. Medicine has made a step forward with their discovery. Make it yourself for your skin and use efficient anti-wrinkle creams, learn to see beyond the wrapping, but don't forget about the natural masks passed down from your grandmother. Most times these two ways bond together successfully, so that you can get the best results. And never forget that true youth comes from within. Eat healthy, exercise, love, and the rest will follow!

Retinol
It is a derivative form of Vitamin A and one of the few anti-wrinkle ingredients whose effectiveness has been scientifically proven. The retinol cream is applied on problem areas, where wrinkles have already appeared.
It is recommended that you don't use the cream daily, but introduce it gradually because it can cause redness on the face. The most important thing to remember regarding the use of retinol is that you must avoid sun exposure if you are using this cosmetic treatment.
Recent studies have led to the discovery of a link between the use of Vitamin A and skin cancer. It is preferable that during the summer you avoid using creams (including sunscreens) that contain Vitamin A.
Argireline (Acetyl Hexapeptide-3)
If you have been tempted by Botox injections, but you have a fear of needles then try a more friendly alternative. Argireline is a substance similar to Botox, which numbs the face muscles, preventing the formation of fine wrinkles. This ingredient was included in some cosmetic ranges, but chances of obtaining the same results as Botox injections are quite slim. Only a prolonged use will bring you near these results .
Co-enzyme Q 10
This miracle ingredient brings many benefits to our skin. It is found in meat and fish, and when it is found in sufficient quantities in the body it protects the heart and prevents cancer. Adding it to cosmetic creams, it strengthens the skin's cells and improves it's texture.
Hyaluronic acid
As we age, the levels of hyaluronic acid in our body decreases, therefore, the chances of preserving our skin young as long as possible diminish significantly. This natural decrease of hyaluronic acid in our body can be compensated, both internally and externally. Internally, we can rely on food supplements based on hyaluronic acid, which are found in pharmacies. To provide additional support for our skin externally, we turn to creams that contain the so-called "fountain of youth". The skin will be hydrated, it's texture will clearly improve and the fine lines will be dimmed.
Kinetin
The presence of kinetin encourages cell division and helps reduce fine lines because it slows down the harmful action of sunlight. Its frequent use helps strengthen skin's natural barrier protection against environmental aggressions.
Green tea
There is no need to go over all the benefits of green tea on the body, but that which is good in the inside is good on the outside as well. Why does everyone praise green tea? Because it is rich in antioxidants, which represent a vital intake for the body in its fight against the free radicals in the environment. By using it in creams, green tea extract helps reduce the signs of aging, especially if it becomes a constant in the skin care process.
Flower extract
Located prominently in the past, essential flower oils have not yet been forgotten. Many cosmetic companies use them due to the properties and effects they have on the skin. Besides the luminosity they offer the skin, natural flower extracts embedded in cosmetic care ranges represent a natural way to fight wrinkles. Among the "stars" we can find: roses, hibiscus (the flower of the Japanese rose) or lavender. Each of them help improve skin texture, without counteracting this effect with the one of chemicals found in the classic composition of cosmetics.
Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3 (Matrixyl)
This expensive peptide stimulates collagen production in the tissue, which translates, of course, in fewer wrinkles in the skin. As we already know, the collagen quantity in the skin decreases in time, and the peptide mentioned above delays its loss.
Vitamin C
Due to its antioxidant role, vitamin C is a powerful weapon in fighting free radicals. If we provide the body with its daily dose of vitamin C (either through diet or with dietary supplements), our crusade against aging is half won. All that remains is to include it in our daily care ritual so that the skin has a complete menu. To do this, it is indicated that we use creams that contain vitamin C, both for "erasing" brown spots from sun exposure, and for reducing negative side effects resulting from them.
Glycolic acid
Considered an "usual" among skin care products, glycolic acid acts on skin cells, encouraging their renewal process. The skin is bright and retains its youthful appearance for a longer period of time.
